Through a comprehensive, competency-based curriculum, you will learn Gynofascial Rebalancing™—a trauma-informed, holistic approach to healing both the internal and external female pelvis, rooted in chiropractic principles and fascia-based care. This program blends modern scientific rigor with timeless feminine healing arts and wisdom, creating a transformational path for both your practice and your clients.
The Gyno Chiropractic initiation and certification process is a year long sacred journey through the depths of the female body, blending timeless wisdom with modern techniques to create a new standard in women’s health chiropractic.
We offer cohorts starting in the Spring & Fall. Each cohort begins with monthly virtual weekend seminars that prepare you for the hands on skills retreat in month four.
Our retreats are small group and include direct hands on skills application. You will feel confident and competent to start your case studies after this retreat.
Once you attend the retreat and are competent in your skills, you will begin the case study phase, where you will work with 13 women and write up their cases to be included in our growing database, with Dr. Danielle and the entire collective supporting you every step of the way.
Throughout the program, we have regular monthly virtual gatherings for group mentorship and case study support.
As you progress through the layers, you’ll embody profound skills that unlock deeper levels of healing—for both yourself and your clients.
LAYER 1: CYCLES – Embodied Cyclic & Hormonal Wisdom

A deeper dive into the specific techniques, integrating the neurofascial, pelvic floor, and energy systems for optimal balance and harmony in your client's body.

A hands-on, immersive retreat where you’ll master physical techniques for internal pelvic floor rebalancing and external fascial techniques addressing the abdomen, pelvis, spine, and nervous system.

We are headquartered in Portland, OR and often hold our retreats here. Oakland, CA is a secondary location where routine retreats will be held. Retreats in other locations are possible depending on how many students are in certain areas (if you would like to host, let us know!).
This program is designed for you to be able to integrate Gyno Chiropractic methods and apply them immediately after you demonstrate the core competencies at the in-person retreat. For certification, there is a requirement to complete a set number of case studies, demonstrate your ability to support a wide range of pelvic floor clients, and perform the internal and external Gyno Chiropractic techniques. There is a strong scaffolding of support within the program with high touch from your instructors and the community so you're competent and confident conducting the techniques, exams and assessments.
Nothing up front. Inside the program, there will be a resource list of recommendations for deeper learning and the supplies you need to begin your practice but these are not required for completion of the program itself.
We do not offer refunds. Our training material is front-loaded and we offer generous payment plans. There is deep and direct support from your instructors throughout the learning and integration process. Please be sure this is the right program for you before you sign the contract and submit payment. If you are not ready to dive all in upfront, there are lots of ways to begin your journey slowly (see Workshops).
Each state is different regarding internal jaw or internal pelvic work. Ultimately you are responsible for working within your scope of practice. Please know that the information in this program is incredibly useful to both in-scope and out-of-scope chiropractors. Most of the material in this program is still applicable. Additionally, the pelvic floor muscles attach directly to the tailbone and sacrum. They affect the spine and *should* be within the scope for all chiropractors. We have already been in communication with at least two state board with ambiguous laws when it comes to internal work and they are looking into our program as the gold standard of training to allow this work in their state. Education is advocacy and it continues to look promising that boards are willing to open up their scopes of practice with the right training and support. We do offer a discount for those in currently out-of-scope states. Please contact us to enquire about your options.
For those who would like to maintain Gyno Chiro certification, which includes many perks including the ability to become an affiliate and teacher of the method when we open up teacher training, there is an annual fee of $900. This fee does not begin until 1 year after you are certified.
You must be licensed to fully join a cohort. However, we do have our first layer, CYCLES Immersion, open to all and that is a great place to begin if you are still in school. It allows you to become part of the collective and begin to embody more of a cyclical way of life, which deeply supports this type of work when the time is right. We also have our free Salon, where we do monthly round tables with the Gyno Chiro Sages (Dr. Danielle + those on the teacher training path). So we do invite you into those spaces to get started, and the deeper layers of the program will be available to you when you are ready. If you are in 4th year, feel free to apply for a cohort. We will allow longer term payment plans and let you in to some of the initial pre-req coureswork in your final year of school.
